About the Position:

The Sales Specialist provides sales, marketing, operational, and administrative support for Pureflow's UV and OnlineWaterParts (OWP) business division. Key successes including enhancing sales and organizational efficiencies, while providing superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
• Manage the complete sales order cycle from preparing quotes, to receipt of purchase order, to confirmation of delivery to customer
• Provide customer support
• Communicate with factory sales reps regarding UV equipment sales, quote follow up, new models, obsoleted parts, and equipment
• Develop opportunities and grow market share through expendables, equipment, parts, and services
• Assist in the development Pureflow's pricing model
• Perform quarterly inventory counts and reconciliations
• Perform other support tasks to enhance Pureflow's marketing and sales functions as requested

Job Requirements:

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including photo editing
• Solid customer-service orientation; serves customers with excellence
• Detail-oriented
• Excels in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude, coupled with commercial/industrial experience, strongly preferred
• Experience in website building, preferred

Working Conditions: Usual office working conditions; occasional time in the shop/inventory and shipping/receiving areas of manufacturing environment. Standard hours 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday; additional hours may be required depending on projects.
